At Woorim FMG, after sale service for your watches and jewelry are provided by expert professionals trained at the head service center. For inspections and service inquiries, please bring your warranty certificate to the head service center or to the actual point of sale.
Please be aware, however, if repairs are made at an unauthorized service center, or if alterations are made to the original design of the product, the warranty will no longer be valid regardless of the remaining warranty period. Therefore, please make sure to obtain repairs only through authorized service center.

In Korea, after sale and repair services are provided by the professional watchmakers with over 28 years of experience who have successfully enrolled in technical training and movement level license programs operated by Patek Philippe and Chopard headquarters.
Please note that repairs for certain complications may require the direct attention of the Geneva service center in Switzerland of the respective brand.
