After Sale Service Information (Customer Care)

Woorim FMG operates the largest watch and jewelry after sale service center in Korea.

At Woorim FMG, after sale service for your watches and jewelry are provided by expert professionals trained at the head service center. For inspections and service inquiries, please bring your warranty certificate to the head service center or to the actual point of sale.

Please be aware, however, if repairs are made at an unauthorized service center, or if alterations are made to the original design of the product, the warranty will no longer be valid regardless of the remaining warranty period. Therefore, please make sure to obtain repairs only through authorized service center.

Jewelry: 15 business days from the date of service request confirmation; products in need of imported components may require 30 days or more.
Watches: 15 business days for repairs that can be managed in Korea; more than 3 months for repairs that need to be arranged through Geneva service centers in Switzerland.

Reception Desk: accepted at headquarters service centers and nationwide STONEHENgE stores, regardless of where they are purchased.
- However, only the headquarters customer center can receive products bought from the official online brand mall.

Rosemont Jewelry

Point of service: Customers may opt to make service request at either Woorim FMG headquarter service center or any STONEHENgE retail store regardless of the original point of purchase.

Please note that product guarantee card or purchase receipt must be presented when making a service request in order to verify the warranty period and other benefits, otherwise charges may incur in case of misplacement of such product guarantee card or purchase receipt.

Customers with difficulty to make physical visit to the points of service may make the service request via courier delivery at their cost. Prepaid courier delivery can be shipped out to the following address.

Point of service: Customer who made the purchase at a department store may opt to make service request at any department store service center location or Woorim FMG headquarter service center.

Caution:

In case defective component or manufacturing defect is identified within the warranty period, repair service will be provided free of charge.

We are not liable for products damaged due to customer negligence or when warranty period has expired. In such cases, except for when repairs are not possible due to discontinued component or materials characteristics, all repair services will be charged to the customer.

For jewelry, in the event of missing component due to customer negligence, no solution other than replacement with new product could be possible as design alteration to the original products is prohibited. Repair service will not be accepted for product that fails the verification of authenticity through brand labeling or engraving.

After the repair service is complete, our obligation to keep the repaired product in our storage lasts for up to one year from the date when the customer’s service request was confirmed, and we will not be liable for any storage-related claim after the one-year period.
